Solidarity Sleepout

Our Bro Administrative Assistant Becks has recently traveled out to help with the refugees arriving on Lesvos and is still there for the next few weeks.

Following Beck’s last letter Rev’d Canon Beth Bailey has launched a campaign to raise awareness to the plight of Refugees arriving in Lesvos and to show how much of a difference the Refugee Item Collection Point at St David’s, Barmouth and St Tanwg’s Harlech is making.

Along with Sue Booth, Diocesan Churches Conservation and Development Officer, Beth will be camping out overnight in the gardens of St David’s on Friday evening (22nd of January).

If you would like to show your support, please come to St David’s to sign up to the Refugee Collection rota to sort and take items to the main collection depot in Bleanau Ffestiniog or provide a donation that will be sent on to Becks who is currently in Lesvos.  These donations are making a real difference to peoples lives.
